No. You can use one of our mounts, which come with a limited lifetime warranty, and every install is backed by our lifetime workmanship guarantee. You're also welcome to supply your own mount, but we can't warranty customer-supplied mounts. See warranty details.

Yes. If your fireplace has a mantel, it deflects most of the heat away from the TV. If there's no mantel, we may add a heat shield to protect the TV. If you're worried about the TV sitting too high, we also offer pull-down mounts that lower the screen to eye level when you're watching.

Yes. We secure mounts to brick with masonry anchors. For uneven stone facades, we use spacers along with specialty masonry anchors so the mount sits level and solid.

Yes. Metal studs just need the right anchors, and we use anchors rated for metal stud walls and the weight of your TV.
